Renault Megane

The latest model of the Renault Megane looks as good as anything in it’s class and the GT Line TCe model is one of the most striking hatchbacks in the present market.

This model has all the top specs including body coloured GT bumpers, rear tinted windows and 18 inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.

The interior of this model is also classy with its sports seats and integrated headrests, whilst the black cloth seats with silver stripes enhance that sporty look.

The large portrait style infotainment system incorporating Renault’s R Link technology features Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity, Tom Tom Navigation and Bluethooth connectivity.  There is also an option to upgrade to the Bose system with seven speakers.

The boot space is fairly standard, whilst head and legroom are good in the front but due to the sloping roof, the back seats can seem a little cramped.

The car handles well and is comfortable to drive, whilst being economical due to the latest range of engines.  Official figures suggest between 43 to 45 mpg which is pretty good.  Safety features are also packed in with six airbags, blind spot warning, assisted braking and lane departure warning, as well as high-low beam as standard.

The Megane is a good looking car with a lot to offer for the money.
